I wasn't voting for B.O. because he's way to liberal. I hope we do have an American black president but race or gender won't be the reason I vote for anybody. When I first heard B.O. refer to J. Wright as his mentor. I figured he was the guy B.O. possibly modeled his speech giving skills after. Man, was I wrong. My opinion - Any politician "belonging" to anything, extends a credibility to it's leaders, message or purpose as one they support & agree. So what if they're not always there.

The problem lies how long he has attended that church!! I am Catholic and my priest has on occasions said things that I did not agree with, but if my preist had been saying the same racist types of comments over the past TWENTY YEARS I would have gone to another church.

the elections are run by the media. The newspapers corporate media is supposed to be non-biased and apolitical but they are not. They fund the various political parties. Different papers will take slightly different view points to give the appearance of representing the people. Ultimately,all corporate newspapers have the same agenda.
