  • @tribidemp lol . "NOT offered any longer" They were "phasing" it out for 20 years so they could rape the public. I do understand business. Do you? You phase something out in five years, not 20. It's the same with gas prices. I think you're the one that needs a business lesson. Perceived obsolescence pays a l ot more than "supply and demand " 101 that you learned in high school.

  • “Maybe it's RELATIVELY cheap, compared to other refrigerants,”

Yes other refrigerants still in production, thank you for agreeing with me. The cost increase that you saw was due to supply and demand. Since it was being phased out and not offered any longer, people started buying more of it, raising the price of what was left on the shelves. I thought you neo-cons knew your shit when it came to business. I guess not.

  • @tribidemp Oh really? So what crackhead are you buying ti from? It used to cost $1 a pound a KMart. As soon as they wanted to phase it out, the price skyrocketed. It's ridiculously priced for a product that has no patent protection. So don't give some bullshit about it being cheap It isn't. Maybe it's RELATIVELY cheap, compared to other refrigerants, but it isn't cheap.

  • I used to be in the business. R-22 was cheap as hell.

    How naïve are you?

  • @tribidemp OH sure. AFter how many years of excessive taxation. Do you think all that money they been raking in has done anything for the atmosphere? Surely, you aren't that naive about this subject.

  • No… they are being replaced, not taxed out of use. Do their destructive nature when coming in contact with Ozone, a more suitable substitute has been implemented.

  • @tribidemp They didn't phase it out. The government just collects huge taxes on the product.

  • Tyranny at it's finest. All you dumbfucks that think it will stop at a light bulb are true morons. They'll continue to tell you what cars you can drive, the color of your house, your roof, what foods you eat. It's coming assholes. Just role over on yoru stomachs so they can pound your assholes into obvlivion. The world is already fucked and we're living on a dying planet. You might as well rape this motherfucker for all it's worth!

  • i want my incandescent lightbulbs! whaaaaaaaaa!!!!

  • Americans...
