LSU FOOTBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

My name is Mo Isom and I am the senior goalkeeper for the LSU soccer team, as well as a senior Broadcast Journalism major. This past spring semester I put together this package for a quick class assignment. In the spirit of the 2011-2012 NCAA football season starting up, I figured I would share it with all of my fellow Tiger fans! Hopefully it gives you all a fun, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to be a Fighting Tiger, and how hard our boys have worked to prepare for this season. GEAUX TIGERS!
