Whether or not he has a conviction for Holocaust denial is not important (even though he doesn't). What is more pressing is that she clearly does support the Holocaust denial laws, by trying to use them in order to smear Griffin as a criminal. In other words, she is NOT fighting in the name of freedom; she just wants to criminalise free speech.
