that womans such an idiot she gave me a ticket that was just a blank platic wallet, with no ticket in, 3 months later i get a letter from the baliffs telling me that they are gonna come and take away £85 worth of stuff from my house but i never got the ticket in the first place to pay so how the fuck was i supposed to pay what an IDOIT

Despite this you should stil have still got legal advice what she done to your is not right. a scratch now somthing worse later. They need to know they cant get away with it

I doubt that very much as we all being watched on CCTV which is right over the top of where she stood. Everytime I go on the dock I am watched by CCTV and a cassette full of me is being used in evidence at my trial for breaking this gate down a few months ago. The lady was well aware she was on CCTV and the recording will never see the light of day now as it shows her attacking me.

Thanks for standing up for the people of Ipswich, you make some very interesting points and many points I did not know about. You should report that unprovoked attack to the police, even if your right to be at that part of the dock is up for debate there is no defence in law for what that woman did to you. Keep up the good work but keep safe.

Thank you for your kind words. The road is a Public Right of Way and I have used it all my life. I didn't report the woman as I quite like her for having the guts to work with her terrible speech impediment. It was probably frustration at not being able to express what she wanted to say that caused her to lose it.
