Although celebrations for the sixty second independence day are at their peak across the country, the national flag cannot be seen anywhere in the violence-hit city of Gojra

Daniyal Hassan visits the city and gauges the sentiment of the Christian community that lost eight members when Muslims torched their homes upon rumors that a few of them had burnt the Holy Quraan

  • so sad this is your country man we are so sory

  • It's all conspiracies from external power. The christians community is living in the country since creation. up untill now they were safe. WHy suddenly, only and only external powers are doing it to creat hatred between muslims and christians.

  • l[oo

  • I also couldn't celebrate Independence Day properly because of the shame I felt. Even the United States is more of an Islamic country than Pakistan simply because of its humanity.

Those who allowed this to happen or even turn their cheek away from it are just as guilty as the ones who light the matches.

  • God bless the martyrd Christians

    SOOOOOOOOOO sad !!!!!!
