Dark RP tutoral part 2 - chatting and commands

this is part 2 in my dark rp tutorial series.

note: OOC means that everybody on the server can hear you.
Radio means that everbody on your team etc. if you are civil protection all other policeses can hear you
I think i forgot the adverts: advert is a commercial. You use it if you have a gun shop and you want people you can type:
/advert gunshop open very cheap guns selling m4 all stuff.

One thing I learned before watching this is that thanks to the newest versions of this mod, when you open the chat box, there's a box that tells you who can hear you talk and who can hear you yell...
