@chilled324 Steer clear of the rice and carbs. Cut those out as much as possible, stick to high-fat, moderate protein, low carb, and you will begin to lose. I would recommend checking out Why We Get Fat (and What to do About It) by Gary Taubes.

"big people"? We are OBESE people. We don't fit in the machines. We have high blood pressure. Our weight prevents us from any impact exercises. You did a good job. Swimming is the best thing. I wish you would have explained what is wrong with walking.

@ThinThinking I bought a 3 year membership last year and I've only gone to the gym for a grand total of about 6 times in a whole year XD
What I've found that curbs your urges (and appetite) drastically is 1. Drink warm water before/ after eating.
& 2. Eat with your less dominant hand. If you're a lefty, eat with your right hand. You'll eat a bit less and less, but you have to be conscious about your foods and need some willpower as well! Cheers!!

@maharcmj I'm fat as hell (6'5, 298 lbs) and I don't know much about the nutrition yet, but one of my new, close buds is actually a professional trainer and he advised me to stay away from rice and really any starch that can be dyed; even wheat bread! Cereals as well. Don't know if these are carbs (sorry, I'm half asleep) or not, but I'll definitely ask for you and get back to you later! Cheers!
Also, Nepal!!! That's awesome.
thumbs up if you searched "exercises for fat people" XP
