Throwing my viewers a little bit of a curveball; today (Nov 22) marks the 42nd anniversary of the release of the Beatles' White Album. To commemorate the Beatles excellent history as well as their concern for their fellow human beings, today I'm playing the song "Blackbird," which was written by Paul McCartney in response to the civil injustices he observed in the Southern United States back in 1968.

Looking at things like the internet, and the growth of Youtube and all kinds of social networking phenomena has given me much hope for our species. A hope that with all this awesome technology linking us together, we will be able to enjoy each other's music, be each others' friends and get as far away as possible from the the way things were earlier in our history. Thanks Paul.

@TwistedAnarchi Except it's Dethklok :3 But I always find it that if you truly like Music, you should be open for everything :) Some people always seem to be realy surprised when I always have some kind of music that suits them aswell! As my main-music taste is mostly Brutal Death Metal and Grindcore (a.k.a. Degrade, Inhume, General Surgery). And then I start hopping in with music from Tom Waits and Norah Jones. :) I'd say, show respect for every kind of music! And that's what we all do here :)

Being a metal persone. And loving the beatles shows great things. I am the same way. I listen to Lamb Of God and Deathklok and cannibal corpse. Buut it doesnt mean i can't absolutely LOVE The Beatles. Keep it up man! Horns!
