47-year-old Angela Heinkel was the picture of perfect health, a busy and active mother of 11 children who went running every day. So it was a shock when she suffered a stroke after finishing one of her regular runs.
Thankfully, Angela survived and began the road to recovery, which included relearning how to walk and talk. Angela's dedication to her rehab, with the help of the specialists at Spain Rehabilitation Center, has made simple daily tasks like speaking and eating a reality again.
