The Savannah College of Art and Design honored two-time Academy Award-winner Michael Douglas at its milestone tenth annual Savannah Film Festival.
Douglas received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the festival. He is known for his iconic roles in films such as "The China Syndrome" (1979), "Fatal Attraction" (1987), "Wall Street" (1987) and "The War of the Roses" (1989). He also served as a producer for "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" (1975), for which he was honored with his first Oscar.
We Wish Michael the best of health, as of late, I heard he's been doing well, or OK, but it was touch and go there in the press for awhile. He is one of the greats, and get him with DeVito in a picture, add John Travolta and you have BeCool 3!

I was present for the SCAD Cinema awards and must say, I had a very pleasant evening. Both Michael Douglas and Katherine Zeta Jones were very kind and gracious. A special treat was meeting both Lynn and Vanessa Redgrave. Talk about class acts!
