Dartford Crossing - UK

Dartford river crossing (River Thames - UK). Here we are heading northbound on the A282 through the Dartford Tunnels, anti clockwise on London's Orbital ring road. On the right hand side before dropping down into the tunnels, can be seen the Queen Elizabeth 2 bridge. That carries the southbound (clockwise) traffic over the Thames. On emerging from the tunnel's the QE2 bridge can be seen again.

Threading it's way under the QE2 bridge & over the northbound carriageway, is the uk's high speed one railway line.

See you are getting about. Only been through that twice, myself, and that was a right long time ago - don't remember paying a toll but do remember the water running down the walls (gulp).

@KBRAILVIDEOS Tolls are on the southbound side for both bridge & tunnel's. Yes i remember watching your video on that one, seemed to be one heck of a long tunnel the one in Dublin. Will have to get over there at some point. Regards.

Interesting, not been through there for 2 years.

Is there a toll on the bridge? At the beginning of the video, you see the tanker lorries on the left. 3rd one is that new Tesco premium brand fuel which I was talking to you about last night which I couldn't remember the name of. Next long tunnel for you to video is the one in Dublin. Don't know it's name, but its very long. I think ive still got the video up from when I went through on the double decker coach.
