fitting metaphors! except, well, the Native Americans didn't create the casino tho..it's the White Hearing man thing made famous and rich in Las Vegas! eh? Again, excellent analogy.

@ASLElla True, Ella. The Native Americans were screwed out of their homelands, so the only way they could really make money was to set up the casinos. But they're having the last laugh, since they are now taking money from the Whiteman, eh?

And you know there is no real "oralingua casino".... just making fun of the Oralingua school's name, which sounds like it could be an Indian tribe name.

It is strange that they have the name Oralingua, it feels as if it is something forbidden or dirty to me... Why did they use the name Oralingua?? I never heard of it until this vlog.

Thumbs Up :) Nice Vlog.. Dreams Can Be Real! Wondering why the Native Indians are Involved in this? Sold out our Heritage, our Dignity, and our Human Rights, even the Children's Rights? Native Indians oppressed and then choose to oppress us Deaf? Everyone seem to have nightmares now.. I just had one recently and dunno if I really want to tell about it!

@Bunjer Bunjer --- The Native Indians are not involved. It is not real, at least not what I said. I was making a play on the name of one of the Oral schools which is called "Oralingua school". I was making the point about oralism and CI, etc. is all a big gamble for parents, and most lose that gamble.

i cried at 5:25! It is painful. btw, watched a movie "The Capitalism: The Love Story" by Michael Moore. Have you see? You told a real scary nightmare story. You made me feeling so scary for real. dislike this kind of feeling.

Millions of parents always lose the game because they do not understand the number. Millions of Parents (broken) ruin their Deaf children's education and quality of life. The bottom of line is greedy and high hope to see their Deaf children to become hearing. They just try to get new book by casino so they can have new chapter to turn every page. Unfortunately, they would never have new book after Deaf child birth! That's it...
