Less than 15 minutes by Metro (Line A) from Termini station.

100 sqm apartment with 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a double couch (6 beds total), 1 bathroom, habitable kitchen, living room with dining room and balcony, lift in building.

FURNISHING:
Floors in parquet and carpet, air conditioned, LCD TV, DVD/CD player, parasol curtains in the balcony, view on plaza and on road, fridge, microwave, hobs, juicer, toaster, washer, hair dryer, Hi-Fi stereo.

SERVICES IN THE ZONE:
Supermarket at 200 meters, confectionery, cafe, restaurants, pub, pizzeria, night club etc.
Behind the building there is the beautifull Regional Park of Pineto.

INCLUDED:
Sheets and clean towels at the check-in (subsequently changed every 7 days).

NOT INCLUDED:
Breakfast, cleaning during the stay period (on demand with payment).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in takes place on weekdays from 15.00 to 20.00 (on Sundays, closing banks days and from 20.00 on weekdays, it requires an extra charge of Eur 50,00).
- Check-out time is on weekdays from 09.00 to 11.00 am (on Sundays, closing banks days and from 00.00 to 09.00 am on weekdays, it requires an extra charge of Eur 25,00).

Colazione, pulizia durante il soggiorno (su richiesta a pagamento).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Il check-in si effettua nei giorni feriali dalle ore 15.00 alle 20.00 (nei giorni festivi, di chiusura banche e dalle ore 20.00 in poi nei giorni feriali, si richiede un pagamento extra di Euro 50,00).
- Il check-out si effettua nei giorni feriali dalle ore 09.00 alle 11.00 (nei giorni festivi, di chiusura banche e dalle ore 00.00 alle ore 09.00 nei giorni feriali, si richiede un pagamento extra di Euro 25,00).
