Goodbye Giants Stadium

After this year Giants Stadium will be torn down. I put together some photos of the stadium, game shots and some candid player shots. I was able to get Brandon Jacobs autograph after a game (watch video). It was his first year and he was very nice and personable to all the fans he met. The stadium is giving tours and it's well worth it especially if you're lucky enough to get Kevin as a tour guide (he's been there 30 yrs. and is chuck full of knowledge plus one heck of a nice guy! Well.....drove by the "new stadium" today (I live about 70 miles south) and no more Giants Stadium....all gone...for better or worst. Glad I got to see it on the tour before it went!

Just went by the stadiums May 23, 2010...part of the old stadium is gone. They are not blowing it up but rather taking it apart.

Yea...that's football for ya....what comes around ..goes around...thanks for watching the video...past the new stadium yesterday..old stadium still up. The new stadium is suppose to change from blue to green at night depending on who is playing...neat idea!

Your right..the music leaves a lot to be desired. This was put together rather quickly and I really wanted the photos to be seen. I mean I wasn't trying to create Avatar here. Thanks for watching the video...your refund is on it's way!....John

Nice vid!!!! I have some great memories even just working at Giants Stadium and i hate to see it go as well however building the new stadium was a awesome experience for myself and my wife and it's much better than the original stadium! ; ).
