this item is a waste of money--Any obstruction such as stairs, pool light knocks it off course and it turns upside down unable to right itself...a WASTE OF MONEY!!--adjusted the weight, pool suction, length of hose to no avail-- a "DON'T BUY" PRODUCT!!!

Where do you get support? Keeps flipping over even after new diaphram and changing vacuum pressures...expensive...doesn'­t work after only 13 months...

I have had a X7 quarto for 1 year; here are the issues:

The flexible connector only last2-3 months before rupturing. The Diaphragm only last 4-5 months before rupturing. I have change both of them in 4 months of service; I can now see cracks in the flex connector so it won’t be long before the second one is bad.

They send replacement parts out Quick, It cleans great.

The flex connector and the diaphragm needs to be made out of better material, more resistant to the sun, chlorine & salt.

That video is incredible. I wish mine worked like that. Mine just goes in circles at the bottom of the pool. IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK.

Probably the greatest failure ever in Pool cleaners.

Too many moving parts. Swivel joint ruptures after 1 month,some units never moved from their starting positions.Pieces fell off everywhere.

I have to say this is a huge improvement from the other line of zodiac cleaners, but it still doesn't beat the hayward .
