NES Update, Pickups, and Trade With Lvpepe38

In this video I test out my NES for the first time after replacing the 72-pin connector and disabling the lockout chip. Special thanks to Ryan, aka MarauderNoR, for telling me about it, as well as everyone else who commented and gave suggestions on my last video. I really appreciate them! Glad to see the NES works after replacing the 72-pin connector. I love the feeling of accomplishment when I fix a game system or computer. Nice pickups! I wonder what Alex Kidd in Shinobi World is like.

@retrogamerSam I haven't gotten a chance to play Alex Kidd in Shinobi World, but from what I remember it can be described as a quirky platformer. :) My goal is to get the rest of the Alex Kidd games for the SMS, play through them, and then do a video retrospective on the series. outstanding mega man3 ! I am looking for that one right now I just missed out on it! what other nes games do you have, I am a big of the nes :) I never heard of that master system game, and I love the art work on the both sega games.

@8BitGoomba Thanks man! Right now the only NES games I have are the 16 I got in my last video, plus the one in this video. I have several more NES games coming from a couple of extremely generous Youtubers. I will be opening up their packages and showing in an upcoming video. It's going to be a surprise to me as well since I do not know what they gave me. :)

Mega Man 3 is one of the best NES games you can get. It such a classic game with passwords, secrets (hold right on controller 2 while you play and try jumping into a pit!), and several "last levels." There's a reason it's one of the more popular Mega Man games chosen for remixing the songs.

great you got the nes working... congrats... and wonder boy in shinobi world must be rare I have never even heard of it lol... and megaman 3 is a great game... the first 3 was amazing johnny if you find them

Disabling the lockout chip makes all consoles more reliable be it PAL or NTSC toaster models!
