@PieceofMindmusic Agreed, however Courtney was very much into the materialistic aspect, she craved the spot light. Kurt wanted nothing to do with it....

they weren't the "king and queen" of anything. They were just a couple of regular people making very good music and happened to get popular doing it.
Idol worship is ridiculously corny and it's not something they have ever appreciated. Well, maybe Courtney does..
