Lowering of the last Hammer and Sickle flag of the Soviet Union. For more on the state symbols of the Soviet Union, see http://nationalanthems.me/soviet-union-national-anthem-of-the-ussr.

The lowering of the last flag, in the Kremlin, Moscow, on 26 December 1991, signified the end of the USSR and the beginning of the post-soviet era.

  • Thank you lord.

  • @MrPatt1983

I attended most of my school in the USSR and was granted the ability to also learn in England for half a year, which was an extremely rare opportunity in the Soviet Union.

I studied for higher education at both the Leningrad State University and more recently at the University of California, Los Angeles. Most of what I learned though was from the Leningrad State University.

I will have to dig for those newspaper articles but I can get them to you in just a little bit.

  • The video is much better when you reverse it

  • @Brovin720 Thank You for the reply. I will be sure to use sources other than the internet. But if you wouldn't mind, I have a couple of questions for you. You said that some of your information came from your school text books and newspaper articles from 1950-2000. I was just wondering where did you attend school? And if you could remember some of the names of the newspaper articles that would be really helpful because libraries usually keep old newspaper articles on film. Thank you.

  • @MrPatt1983

So I encourage you to research these but using the internet as your one and only resource is foolish.

Go to your local library, talk with historians, do all of the above. You will discover that these numbers are correct and that I am correct.

It's the sad truth. Nothing and no one can change it, no matter how much America "pride" (or idiocy) you put into it.

    Have a good night.

  • @MrPatt1983

The fact of the matter is that I can't change history, and either can you.

If I could, and if you could, these numbers would not exists. Sadly, they do, and like I said before, I cannot and refuse to lie about them to make it any better.

In my view, a murder is a murder, no matter who did it. America murdered tens of millions of Native Americans since it has existed and the Gulag killed tens of millions of Criminals.

  • @MrPatt1983

I did not use the unreliable internet to "come up" with these numbers, friend. I used the combination of my school text books that are likely older then you along with Newspaper articles from 1950-2000.

I'm very sorry you do not want to believe the truth. I do not blame you though, it is American Nature to assume without any other evidence that America is the best thing to happen to the world since sliced bread.
