Ice fishing... with no ice!

Our first ice fishing trip of the year. All excited... only to find the ice is lacking! Still, fish were caught (splake) and fun was had, and again... nobody died. Always a good thing!

@survivingthenorth not really i was the first person to go out on the lake with my inflatable boat in southern ontario in late december so they should have it up north much earlier. the. ice has recent thawed and disappeared in the last few weeks but it frooze over in last few days

yea i would probly not b out there enless i had my boat with a steel plate on the front mainly to proctect the boat! or take a canoe out!
