I'm a Christian and I find this hilarious. Don't bother questioning me about my faith because I won't respond.

The susceptbility to fungal infection varies, inter-individually and intra-individually depending on the prersent health status. Diabetic persons for example are more prone to catch dermatophytes, between their toes, in the anal region, and in the said region besides the scrotum. But not on the Glans / on the inner Prepuuce. Infections in the latter are serldom and these originate likely from Yeasts, as is the case in the mucous parts of the female Genitalia.

@kleenex3000 not from my experience

This is a myth. The Dermatologist knows very well, that the skin on both sides of the Scrotum is rather likely to become infected from Dermatophytes, particularly in men that sweat a lot. The Glans/Prepuce (inner fold) is NOT prone to fungal infection.
IF you feel inclined to ridicule the Foreskin then consider that you are insulting the vast majority of men worldwide - they are intact. Defending circumcision by speaking derogatorily about the Prepuce has psychological reasons.

Just wait right there, I'll be right back to cut your penises. Lmao

@seymourLlama it allows fungus to grow.and i am fine without it

@jungleman68 do your eyelids cause infections in your eyes? the foreskin is there to protect the glans from germs and irritants, it's erogenous skin, it makes no scientifical sense whatsoever that it would "cause infections". infections are not caused by body parts, but by external components which ARE repelled by the foreskin (the glans is an INTERNAL organ). Besides, infections are treatable, amputation isn't. The foreskin = 70% of the penis' sensitivity = most pleasurable part
@IWannabeJew the problem is circs in the US are so mainstream that the people have somehow "separated" foreskin from their penis metephysically. The truth is, the foreskin IS part of male genitalia. Amputating it is cutting of a piece of it. Unfortunately, it has been done for so long in some cultures that the foreskin has been removed from their understanding of male genitals. So sad...
