FYI, you were never "ugh" before. many sincerely over weight people would wish they looked like you on day 1. However, keep up the good work and don't give up.

@shdwslilshadow Thank you for taking the time to comment on my video. I agree that there are many people in the world that are in worse shape then myself, however, my "ugh" moment came at a time when I was recently diagnosed with hypothyrodism, high cholesterol, depression, my clothes were no longer fitting and I was facing 50 years old. Seeing my "before" picture was a wake up call to myself that I needed to change the path I was on. I guess "ugh" is in the eye of the beholder. =)

Stephanie, you inspire me, thank you! You look great! I really like your presentation on this site, it was easy to follow and good pictures. Do you have a say on the music played? A little ronchee (splng?) for me. Very nicely put together, and good job. I'm 50 yo this year with 7 kids, and you inspire me to get at it AGAIN and complete P90X, I have started and quit many times. Thank you! :)

@sherit49 Thanks for the comment. I appreciate your kid words. I'm not sure what "raunchy" music you are referring too, as the music on my video is a nice acoustic guitar melody. No lyrics at all. =)
