I'm pretty sure it's Daws doing both (even though the short one does sound slightly like
Freberg). The short guy's voice sounds like
Daws' voice for Cap'n Crunch

That's Daws as the short guy, that may be Stan Freberg as the taller one.

Actually it's Daws doing his Mr. Jinx voice (or
similarly voiced characters done for Stan Freberg) and his Cap'n Crunch voice. Daws Butler, voice
