  • Thanks

  • Just wondering about how long do the loops need to be per foot of braided cord? I want to make a three foot necklace and dont know how long to make the loops. Any help would be great, thanks.

  • I can't predict that. It depends on the size and stiffness of your cord. You just have to do a sample.

You don't need to cut these cords to make a braid. Just tie a loop in a circle, make a set of braids and measure it. You can pull the braids out and change the size of your circle.

  • That's cool looking! I got the flat braid down in a couple trys and my friends want me to make them some now! I thought this one would be hard but it looks realy easy. I'm gonna go try this one now!

  • That's great. Thanks

  • Youy videos are super helpful, thank you!

  • I had a small problem. When I tried to do this, I was doing it like I was shown, but somehow I made two separate braids that were not connected even though they should have been. Still trying to figure out what I did wrong. O.o

  • whoever disliked this video is a lunatic!!!!

  • Thanks for sharing! :D Very clear instructions. Easy to follow. Btw, when you pull the strands to tighten it, I either have a friend or use my toe to push the strands down to the top of the braid. It makes for a much more even braid. :)

  • Thanks for sharing! :D Very clear instructions. Easy to follow.

  • Thank you for this video! Question: how do you secure the ends? And, is it possible to make a braid longer than what you're showing? Longer than your armspan? (I'm wondering how you would tighten that).

    Thanks!

  • this is fantastic and i love these braids i used to be able to make them but now even after watching videos mine just end up as two seperate braids

  • Ok thanks so much i have tried this from other people but this is the easyest :D thanks
