Dracula Wraith's first form is only vulnerable in the head, which is traditional for that form of Dracula. It looks like Wind Book + Sacred Fist has a gigantic hit box, which is causing confusion. As for the second form? If you get behind it, it can't hit you.

The thing's I have read about this game claim the Dracula Wraith has no memory of previous Belmonts. That doesn't mean the dialog sounds any less goofy to me.
