On the final part of the 2-hour premiere of Greed in 1999, 6 new players are introduced to play the qualifying question. They are:

WARD BOLAND: Los Angeles, CA. Antique car restorer
MELISSA SKIRBOLL: New York City. Temp
DANIEL AVILA: Norwalk, CA. Photographer
JACKIE BRAKEMAN: Montibello, CA. Historian
CURTIS WARREN: Cathedral City, CA. Air traffic controller
JAMES CULLIGAN: Boston, MA. Website developer

Their question would remind of one of Chuck Woolery's best moments of his past (hint: the crossword game you played all your life, but NEVER quite like this!). Then, the show is over. We would recognize Curtis Warren who won $700 on Win Ben Stein's Money, and also a man who went the distance for $50,000 in the Winner's Board era of Sale of the Century

  • @Angie2343 There is a clip where during the $25,000, it asks which show he didn't host. The team answered "Wheel of Fortune", which of course was wrong.

  • Thank you for this, this was my favorite game show when I was younger along with Ben Steins Money. thanks

  • The qualifying question should've reminded Chuck of when he hosted the Scrabble game show.

  • @gamshwfan You left out Scattergories, though he was on the pilot episode.

  • Daniel Avila is also a vetern of Game Shows He has been on:

    The Joker's Wild

    Sale Of The Century

    The Krypton Factor

    Break The Bank

    Jeopardy

    and Miullionaire (won $100,000)

  • Mike, thank you so much for uploading this episode man. I u sed to have this on tape until it got erased by accident. This is my favorite run in the whole series !
