And after the heaviness of Amazing Grace, three minutes of pure fun -- the BMB rips, tears, folds, spindles and mutilates Glenn Miller's "I've Got A Gal In Kalamazoo." The drum majors and band staff give you a chorus line for the big (and frequently repeated) finale. That's my nephew David second from the right in line -- former BMB clarinet player, now its official photographer.
