@Gabrol free running is not parkour+flips, the movements are completely different and so is the mentality behind each of them...parkour involves fluidity and speed, adding a handstaand to it means you completely stop, that's not fluid nor fast, therefore it's not parkour....i'd say that it's more like free running with a few bits of parkour, but not the other way around

@waflikky2 Well, the vid isn't focused on tricking, but mostly parkour, I know that flips or hanstand is free running, but the vid won't be "ruined" because a little few flips. You can't say "that is not even parkour", free running is parkour+flips basically, so this is parkour, not pure parkour, but parkour.

@Gabrol you see, parkour is about flowing through a place as quickly as possible, and it seems as if this guy was just looking for places to do a trick onto or off of....plus as soon as you do a flip or a handstand it becomes free running :/
