as a hindu i believe sukhdev singh was prominent leader of sikhism ..he has all leadership qualities vision fearlessness dynamism i wanna know from experts that was he in favour of khalistan or he was preaching sikh religion opposing antisikh communities

Punjabi Sikhs have to find a way to first bridge the gaps between the 3 Great regions! And then work on what common goals they aspire for! Like i said Malwa is the Heart of Punjab thats the influential decider in todays terms

not places like gurdaspur or Pathankot!

Things r not decided with guns or fringe politics but with demographic factors depending on wat majority of punjabis desire

@MrBabbar1984 Thats not to say Its unworkable! just happens Punjabis vary in how they percieve Sikhi! In Majhel SIkhs tilt towards Sikhi in black n white! In Doaba Sikh community mixed with hindu natives to the region, Malwa Sikhs balance Sikhi with their own cultural tribal practices such as worshipping ancestors !!!

Like i said A Malwa Rhandhawa Jatt Sikh is not going to war with Cousin Clan KAjala Jatt in Rajistan over politics! fine balance of Sikhi n Jatt Satt values!

@MrBabbar1984 That Religious Edicts/ A Religio Political Ideology may perhaps be Ideal in Theory but in practice It has not worked in uniting all Punjabis/ Sikhs or Specifically Jatt Sikhs (who make majority)! the khalistan Panthic commitee failed in winning hearts and minds of Punjabis! It was given a chance in 1980s with the backing of Punjabis! But Punjabis found it clashed and fringed upon Punjabi cultural practices Bhangra Ghidda Folk Singing celebrations etc

side by side a peculiar culture exists with SIkhs that come 4m various backgrounds! Bhappeh Bhattreh Sikhs do things differently with a Rajput and a Pakstani influence because thats the region their from. Sikhs from Kabul will open their own gurdwara in foreign countries because its wat works for them! Ekta is not something that a lot of people desire in todays world! In olden days in poverty simple minds meant simple living!

@MrBabbar1984 1984 saw a reaction that bore its birth from the tat Khalsa movement! to rid everything that was hinduish! Fine that can work for Majhel Jatt Sikhs on the border belts, the Malwei Jatt wont be happy to give up aspects of their own culture, and the Doabey lokh who around 68% come from Nais Chamars Jhirs Chimbeh Saini GHumar Lubaneh etc have hindus in their own families! The Haryaneh Jatt SIkh dont even want Punjabis to look after their gurdwareh.
