Fimed at the Knoll, this cabaret piece was hoiked around the home counties and beyond in the 1980's by socio-politico, pub theatre stalwarts; Bob and Bob Jobbins. Recording its demise as it withered in the garden over a couple of years seemed like a good idea.

  • I remember this from the old "Uncle Michael tape" when I was just a wee boy. I have fond memories of listening to it whilst on the road to Devon or Cornwall for the family holiday with my brothers sat beside me in the back of the car. Very meaningful ending and I just loved that beard of yours!

  • Ahh, thanks young James.

  • first I watched it with the sound off and it made me chortle, then I watched with sound and I think it might have made a small wee come out, but ultimately it made me shed a tear for days gone by and great memories of times at the knoll... oooohhhhh bummm!!

Great end track by the way... got any more like that?

  • Thanks rick. I like music with a mood to it - all thats needed is a bit of delay and reverb.
