BULLSHIT! I have worked in Alaska for over 25 years and this is truly bullshit. You are all being lied to. There are twice as many Polar Bears today as there was in 1988. There are so many bears that there is not enough food for them. that is the big problem. it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OIL DRILLING.

pointless story seeing as the usa has such a small piece of the arctic. the Polar bears will survive or not based on the policy of the Canadian govt seeing as Canada is home to 2/3 the polar bear population. alaska is home to only 5 percent of all polar bears.

The ice caps are melting, it's getting smaller, there were no satellites back in the 20's and I ain't gonna gamble with the future of polar bears and this is the reason I backed Barack Obama.
