Oh, and as far as art goes, the gift giver should always try to match the recipient's taste, not their own taste. If the giver doesn't know the recipient's taste, don't give something so personal.

Personally, I love getting pjs and bath stuff as gifts. I prefer to buy my own clothes. So, I can understand the ugly sweatshirt thing. As go ties, if it's of good quality and from a nice designer, I think buying a man a tie isn't a bad idea. As for gift cards, I wish more people I know would buy me those, so I could buy what I wanted with them.

Bath beads-yeah that's bad. Considering I haven't taken a bath since I was 5 yrs old- and only like certain scents and have allergies. You missed gift cards, they really stink especially when I don't even eat at Applebee's or Outback.

I am going all cash this year-and a nice card. I am so tired of he wants this and she wants that-and I can't stand shopping.
