Gypsy schmucks selling me scrap copper wire

These 2 gypsy schmucks named Steve (filmed here) and his gypsy buddy Larry sell me some scrap copper wire and inqure on some other they CLAIM they have to sell me but in reality the DO NOT have cuz they always lie and never have what they say they have. They lie all day everyday. So the story goes like this; at first these gypsys tell me I have to pay them $2.40/# for this wire they have in the back back of their truck because I told them earlier in the day I would pay them $2.40/# for Machine/Spaghetti Wire and they paid $2.20/# for this wire in the back of thier truck because I told them I was paying $2.40/# for this wire they have right here. Well, it is TRUE, I did say I would pay them $2.40/# for Machine/Spaghetti Wire. But the bullshit these gypsys have in the back of their truck is FAKE Machine/Spaghetti Wire! Meaning, it looks the same at a quick glance, to the untrained eye, but recovers much less copper. So these gypsys think I am some sort of a fool and they can screw me, NOT guna happen gypsy boys! In the end they admit they DID not pay $2.20/#, just $1,000 for the entire lot of wire, which ends up being only $1.42/# (it was only 700# total of wire) and I end up buying for much less than $2.40/#.
