If you don't like it you can either wait until her next election and vote for someone else or recall her and replace her with someone who supports your views. Do enough voters agree with your conclusions?

I don't know anything about this Senator and so have no opinion... but good luck finding an electable Senator who can please everyone.

Maybe you should run for office and show us how to do the job. Any takers?

Unfortuneately, Jeanne Shaheen is a Senator from my state. I certainly didn't vote for her, nor will I ever vote do so, since she's proven to be a spineless bitch when it comes to the tough issues like this, or any issue for that matter. Must be comfy-cozy being in Obama's pocket, Jeanne!

i think you're overlooking the fact that no matter how many people support a 'public option', the US government does not have the authority to offer one. they just don't have it.

Shaheen is an example of what is wrong with the crooks in DC the district of corruption. Shaheen needs to resign as she isn't up holding the constitution of the USA and as such is a criminal and should be jailed after a "fair" trial
