Hi, thanks for the video. For some reason my speedball is really slow when I hit it. I suspect that it's too big and that the swivel is not very good. Is it true that the closer the speedball is to the platform that the faster it will swing (as in the travel arc is smaller)? Or should the ball be really bouncy as opposed to hard?

@betterthangym hi thanks for watching the video. Yes it's true and you should invest more on a good swivel. And also if your speedbag is big and not really good quality.
