You DO realize most animated movies take years to make right? Hours upon hours for a few frames is pretty normal in animation...

I hate to be 'that guy', but animating just a few frames of this kind of quality would take hours and hours, as well as massive amounts of resources. It would be too costly and expensive to risk making something more than an hour of this quality.

That said, they should try making a 20-30 minute tv show and see how it goes...
