Thank you for posting this video. I agree with everyone, this was a fantastic show last night. I can't believe they did two encores, that was great. My America was my personal favorite.

The opener was called Gentleman Reg and I agree, they were VERY good. I was quite impressed with their entire set.

This was a great concert. They played all the songs I wanted to hear except for "Here Are Many Wild Animals." I'm surprised they didn't play it during 1 out of the 2 encores. Oh well. I'm happy they played The Crowning and this song of course!
Also: I ran into James Iha from the Smashing Pumpkins there (he recorded guitar parts on the album).

BTW did you hear their interview and live performance on WNYC's Soundcheck yesterday? I didn't know the band was called "uh-camp" and had always called them "AY-camp"!

I know, I heard her pronounce the band name in other interviews before. Strange band name.
The first A Camp release was pretty good but I didn't enjoy it as much as Nina's work with The Cardigans. However, this new album is fantastic and is right up there with Long Gone Before Daylight! I purchased it on Vinyl and it came with the CD too.
I didn't hear that interview. I'll have to check it out.

funny, i described the new album to a friend who's familiar with the cardigans as "a little bit like long gone."
and do check out the interview, youtube doesn't seem to want to let me post the link. it's from wnyc's soundcheck on may 26.
