As for its government, its government works for its people and the people are content with that. As for China stealing lands, Russia Japan India and even the United States has always tried to take China's lands and claim it as their own, which they had been sucessfully doing until after the Cultural Revolution. @VN405 China has only been defeated by one country- mongolia. during the boxer rebellion, the chinese inflicted such heavy losses on 8 WESTERN NATIONS that the western nations gave up plans to conquer china and instead pursue an open door policy- unfair trade agreements. china has defeated many nations including Vietnam, Japan, and the UN forces during the Korean War, including the United States- all of which was during a period where China was technologically inferior.
