From what pc should i be doing this setup (portforward & dyndns)? should i be doing this from the laptop i want to access (server) or from the laptop i will use to view the server (viewer)?

and what must i use for the vnc viewer? my pc ip(192.168....) doesnt work nor the ip that dyndns says(85.147.....) i want to cotrol my pc ouside my network!

What if your router has a dyndns updater built into it's configuration? that would eliminate the need to download the dyndns software wouldn't it?

@6LordMortus9 DynDNS recommends using their client, just because they can't vouch for the stability or quality of the ones included with router firmware. Couldn't hurt to try it out, though.

@akaashboy Make sure that your router is configured to forward the VNC Ports to the "PC IP" you mention.
