Well my interpretation is:

I'm pretty sure it's a song about God coming to rescue a person in a great deal of strife. Someone who is struggling to stay afloat in life and whose efforts are coming to nothing. God holds his hand out and says come with me and I'll look after you and take you on an adventure.

There's a direct quote from Isaiah 40:31 in there which is a bit of a give away.

I don't get the title, but this song touches me on a level that words can never explain. It's beauty is something that few songs, paintings, books and movies will try to achieve. Only to fall short.
