I was recently made aware of this video and am feeling very honored that at one time I knew Adele and Dean Harvey personally. Their kindness and selflessnes extends beyond dogs & cats. At one point in my life they took me into their home, cared for me, and never asked for anything in return. Their grace will never be forgotten.
Anyone who says that the Harvey's have incorporated Best of Friends for any other intention other than to provide a loving, safe, caring home for the animals needs to search their own heart for they are projecting-the tendency to ascribe to another person feelings, thoughts, or attitudes present in oneself. I would not hesitate to adopt from the Harveys. God bless you, Adele & Dean and may you continue to endeavor in the passion that God has placed on your heart for many more years to come.
I adopted a puppy from best friends between 10 and 11 years ago , and I am very glad that I did, the dog I got was the best dog in the world, he just recently died , and he will be missed very bad, it was very hard to say good bye to him he was our best friend, he was and still is very loved , rest in peace gus we love you , and thank you best of friends for this special dog we had in our lives,
This lady may seem nice but she can be very rude and bad mannered. They want you to believe that they are in it for the best of the animals but thats not true anyone can make a video and make someone feel bad for them. They do not follow any rule and can do whatever they want just so they can make money. I would not recommending adopting from these people. Go to your local animal shelter that will treat you much better and make sure the animal is going to the best home posible.
We adopted two puppies from her and she has been nothing but wonderful. Rescue organizations wanted to charge us $400 per puppy, Del only charged us $45. How is she making money? She bought new crates & food for our puppy's (which cost much more than the $45 she asked for). She went out of her way to help set up transport of the puppy's to us in Boston and continues to be irreplaceable with advise. She is an absolute ANGEL!I would HIGHLY recommend adopting from the Best Of Friend Humane Society!
