when u only have a medium sized school and smaller band like vallejo its hard for them to be in A

hah well since bands aren't classed by ability...they can't be in A unless they hike their enrollment

Vallejo did a pretty good job. If only they were in division A. They deserve to be there! Anyway great job Vallejo!
