publishers and developers shouldnt get money for used games, they already sold a copy at full price! Its not their bussines to tell you if you should sell your game or not.

@tbarcode Then maybe Bioware ought to replace their staff with bears, they'd do just as poor a job and I don't think there's a minimum wage for animals ;)

@CuriousMoth Fair call but at the same time (looking at it prima facie) the kid said it to illicit a reaction and he got one... like my boss always says "You don't poke the bear. Some times it won't care but know it can tear your head off."
I'll be honest I get a bit biased towards ppl who push the boundaries for the sake of taunting, (was it a taunt? I dunno) but I'm a bit draconian like that.

@tbarcode They can... ask him? Banning him doesn't exactly make it easy for him to defend himself, but asking him and giving him maybe a week to reply is much more reasonable.
This really isn't some law based thing, this is just some troll forum admin getting a hard on whenever they get a chance to ban someone. A rational human being would ask a simple question, while an utter cunt would ban first and not even bother to ask questions at all, the latter being what Bioware's staff did.
