The world population is growing exponentially. Even if the wealth was distributed equally among the peoples of the world, there would be less for everyone, because the population is growing so fast. The earth cannot withstand more exploitation, we are already running short of natural resources !.

Nope, forced. He openly advocates totalitarian measures such as mass sterilization of humans though drugs in the water supply (page 787-8) and forced compulsory abortions (page 837).
