Thanks for your input on this song. Unfortunatley I have never heard the original. I learned it as a child from my Mother. I like it just the way it is. Sour noters and all. I'm just me doing my own thing good bad or otherwise. it makes me happy to sing it so i do. Have a splendicious day now ..
