Esa es la verdad, la reforma la mato el congreso y su mayoría es demócrata, yo no se porque tantos hispanos quieren a Obama, quiere cancelar el tratado de libre comercio con Colombia y México, ni siquiera habla de Latino América,prefirió ir a Europa con sus discursos que a Sur América, creo que siente un gran desprecio por los Latinos.
