it is hard to overdose on high end vit c , long term it can cause pains in joints. but in large doses very large doses 15,000mg up it is brilliant antiooxidant and effective against viruses, cancers. read up linus pauling and how he won nobel peace prize for it's effects.

@germanicelt , read my reply pls. i took 8 vit c tabs of l000mg each. total was 8000, that gets magnified to levels like antodote used by some armies in bio warfare. linus pauling won nobel peace prize for vit c, absopic acid, on cancer. it also flushes viruses out you system and stops them relicating. i had no probs the fact that linus pauling won effects for injections of 15,000mg and the pharm companies bought out his work.
