Partiton an XP Hard Drive

In this video I will be showing you how to partition a hard drive on Windows XP. The program I am using is "Paragon Partition Manager". This program is only in free trial for 30 days, but at least you can partition a hard drive with it!

Yes, the partition will still work. You just won't be able to edit the partitions through the program when the trial run's out.

With the MiniTool partition manager wizard, it is easy for you to delete partition, copy partition , change drive letter and other operations. Some editions are FREEEEE. Any of you who need it can have a try.

I recently increased my hard drive space on my VM and then used paragon partition manager to expand the partition so my C would recognise the new space. However, I loaded up Partition Manager and did it all and it restarted my Virtual Machine but when it tried to restart it comes up with 'Error Loading Operating System' and just stays on a black screen. Do you know how i could possibly fix this problem? Thanks

Kid you really shouldnt partition it yourself unless you have the knowledge to do it. If you were to do it your chances of really messing up your computer are very high. What youll do is unstabilize the hard drive and force you to re install windows 7. I recommend you use G-Parted to partition it since the one the boy in the video is recommending a trial it will do you no good and for sure unstabilize your computer immediatley or inthe future.
