  • Very nice Mercury Theatre adaptation of Dracula and Welles did a beautiful job voicing Dracula and remaining faithful to the original Stoker story, my only complaint is that I just wish it wasn't so short and might could have gradually built up the tension more.

For instance I would really have loved a description from Harker of Dracula's wives as they came upon him while he slept taken straight from the original Stoker story, and of Harker finding Dracula in his coffin. Still very well done.

  • this was one of the scarriest moments i had, normaly i am not scared of those kind of things. but this.........feels so real

  • Agnes Moorehead (Endora on Bewitched) not only played Mina in this production, but she also played Lara the mother in the radio production of The Adventures of Superman.

I also remember her in a small part of a landlady in a not particularly good version of Frankenstein: The True Story, which was no more true than Bram Stoker's Dracula was Bram Stoker.
