The attack was among the most deadly for French forces in the 10 years they have been serving in the international force in Afghanistan.

@lakoweb Franco-Prussian war France were beat and had Alsace & Lorraine taken, what did they do about that? Nothing, because they didn't have UK, USA, etc. to go cry to. After WW1 they decided to take Alsace & Lorraine back, okay...but then they took advantage of having UK & USA to take away Germany's airforce, submarines, tanks, banned alliance with Austria, reduced army to 100,000 men THEN the 269 Gold Marks fine?
